UB Fellow: He was participated as UB Fellow from MIT, organized by the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia between 2008-10. He spent 4 months at Silliman University, Philippines in 2009. And also visited Randolph College, USA in January 2010 as UB Fellow. They concluded the UB Fellow program with a Leadership Seminar in July-August 2010 at Duta Wacana Christian University, Indonesia. He presented a paper on "Strategic Management" at that seminar.
